We are looking for an energetic and motivated Kinesiologist to join our Stratford team. The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a team, values client-centered care, and takes initiative in helping clients recover, move better, and stay well.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Collaborate closely with Physiotherapists to assist in progressing clients' treatment plans
  • Design and implement work-hardening programs under a Physiotherapist's guidance
  • Perform functional assessments and assist with return-to-work processes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym and treatment environment
  • Provide light administrative support, manage inventory, and handle opening/closing duties
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and foster a collaborative clinic culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach
  • Enthusiasm for working with clients to enhance outcomes and achieve goals
  • Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals
