What you'll bring to WSP :Minimum 8 years of work experience in a consulting environment in the field of environmental assessments and remediations, that includes supervising project teams and demonstrating leadership at a local level. Ability to mentor and support team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Strong time management and prioritization to balance project delivery with team leadership responsibilities. Proactive approach to resolving issues and identifying staffing needs. Solid understanding of organizational procedures and commitment to maintaining high utilization targets. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate team members. Comfortable working across projects and adjusting to changing priorities while supporting team success. Proficient in project management software and collaboration tools. CompensationAB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $132,700 – $175,800MB & ON: $121,100 – $166,700NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $119,900 – $159,200Disclosure:The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
