About the Role

We are looking for a lawyer who can take on part-time, file-based work, including:

  • Drafting court documents (Applications, Motions, Affidavits, Financial Statements)
  • Attending court conferences and appearances
  • Negotiation and communication with opposing counsel
  • Handling parts of files independently with support from senior counsel

Requirements

2–3+ years of Ontario family law experience

Strong drafting and advocacy skills

Able to manage files with minimal supervision

Familiarity with the Family Law Rules & Ontario court processes

Excellent client communication and organization skills
