Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
  • Present product features and benefits to prospective customers effectively
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for expanding market reach
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth
  • Starting out door to door marketing but with pathway for promotion

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; strong interpersonal skills are essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching goals
  • A valid driver's license is preferred for client meetings and outreach activities

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $17.65-$22.00 per hour
