Hello all,

We are hiring experienced dryvan drivers for consistent, contracted long-haul work. This is power-only freight on dry vans. Most shipments are drop-and-hook, with steady volume and fast turnarounds.

At Kharodh Transportation, we are reinventing good trucking. The trucking industry is one of the essential industries in the world, yet almost all drivers are mistreated, disrespected and underpaid. Sometimes, they don't even know it We are here to change this, not with words, but with actions.

We offer:

  • Dedicated contract lanes
  • $0.75 per mile – Flatbed / Step Deck / RGN
  • $0.65 per mile – Dry Van
  • Paid bi-weekly on the 1st and 15th
  • Monthly earning range: $8,000–$10,000
  • Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday and Sunday at times
  • Weekends off
  • Requirements:
  • Three years of AZ tractor/trailer driving experience
  • Clean abstract and criminal record search
  • Flatbed experience
  • Must be fluent in english
  • Willing to work for a carrier that respects you to the fullest
