We're seeking a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team and help bring our design vision to life.
Position Overview
As an Interior Designer at Danieli Development, you'll play a key role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of our spaces. From concept to completion, you will be responsible for designing, sourcing, and coordinating interior elements for various projects. You'll work closely with our development, construction, and procurement teams to ensure cohesive execution and exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on design concepts that align with project goals and client expectations
- Produce mood boards, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
- Source and specify furniture, finishes, fixtures, and materials
- Prepare and manage project documentation including design presentations and FF&E schedules
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors throughout the design and construction process
- Visit job sites to oversee design implementation and resolve issues
- Stay current with design trends, materials, and innovations in the industry
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- 2–5+ years of professional interior design experience (preferably in residential or commercial development)
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar, with ability to create high quality rendering
- Strong understanding of spatial planning, materials, and interior construction details
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and composition
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus

Pay: $39,523.61-$95,296.99 per year
