Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various CNC and cabinet software and possess a strong understanding of design principles. This role involves creating detailed drawings and models that meet project specifications and client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Using Mozaik, you will create programs that will run on our CNC for kitchen cabinets, closets and other millwork (experience with other CNC software is acceptable);
  • Cross reference designs created in order to ensure accuracy of final product;
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and specifications;
  • Perform revisions and updates to existing designs based on feedback from team members or clients;
  • Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure precision and adherence to project guidelines;
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including installation details.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CNC programming with a minimum of 1 year industry experience;
  • Strong drafting skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and creativity in design solutions;
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated;
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts to team members and clients;
