About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team based at our Tomago office. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is integral to driving end to end recruitment strategies, partnering with hiring managers to deliver talent outcomes and a seamless experience for our leaders and candidates.
This is a fast-paced, consultative role that calls for strong stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence outcomes. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle and drive continuous improvement projects, alongside crafting sourcing strategies that align with workforce planning to keep our talent pipelines strong. Key Accountabilities
- Partner with hiring managers to design progressive recruitment strategies, build capability, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
- Own end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of blue- and white-collar roles, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Lead impactful projects including bulk hiring campaigns, talent searches, early careers programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive system automation and process enhancements to improve efficiency and elevate the candidate experience.
- Identify assessment and selection tools to support informed hiring decisions.
- Leverage market insights and data analytics to shape sourcing strategies and inform workforce planning.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles, keeping passive candidates engaged and future-ready.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey, ensuring interactions reflect our brand values.
- Collaborate on onboarding activities to ensure new hires transition smoothly and successfully into the business.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment within an internal or agency environment, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
- Expertise in proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development across platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and internal databases.
- Ability to interpret market insights and data analytics to inform recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
- Experience driving system automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Knowledge of assessment and selection tools to support informed hiring decisions.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in recruitment systems and accurate data management.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
