Position Summary:

This position is responsible for a crucial step in our customer experience process, as well as some important facility maintenance tasks. The service wash porter is responsible for ensuring that all customer vehicles leave our facility cleaner than they arrived by completing an exterior wash once the vehicle has left our repair shop.

Reports to: Service Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Locate, wash and park customer vehicles in designated spots as per internal process
  • Maintain and inspect work area to ensure proper function and performance of equipment
  • Daily lot walks to ensure clean presentation of our facility to customers
  • Daily up keep around the dealership, empty trash/recycling, clearing snow, salt/sanding walk ways and other tasks as directed by management

Required Qualifications

  • Valid G Class Driver's License
  • A clean driver abstract
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively plan and anticipate schedules/events to ensure efficient use of time
