Our client is Canadian Firm who is a leader in the Health Science Nutrition Consumer Package Goods industry with concentration in Health, Nutrition and Fitness with some of the most recognizable brands in the market.
Key Summary:
Reporting into the VP Marketing Innovation and Strategy you will play a key role in the execution of business strategy and corporate initiatives. You will have full responsibility to manage innovation projects that help the organization enter new areas of business and address unmet consumer needs.
Main Job Responsibilities:Drive innovation / renovation projects through the firms stage gate process ensuring projects move from idea stage through to commercialization within target cycle times. Support for product lifecycle process implementation into organizational workflow systems Organizational project prioritization based on project growth potential and resource intensity Ongoing reporting of firms innovation project status to cross functional stakeholders Reporting of organizational performance metrics including required organizational investments to bring an innovation to market and outputs (Innovation results through Year 1 of launch)Support for the organizational innovation plan including evaluation of the evolving market landscape for nutrition and supplementation, trend and research monitoring and unmet consumer needLocation:
Oakville/Mississauga Border (Located right Off of QEW Exit)
