Brainhunter is seeking "Construction Completions & Turnover Specialist" to work for our valued Client and it's a one - year contract opportunity.

Scope of Work:
Responsible to manage technical interface between field contractors and home office engineering team and engineering contractors support on the project. Responsibilities include coordination, development, consolidation, and final acceptance of information wrt installation, QA/QC, Turnover, and commissioning and start-up of

multi-discipline systems.

Other responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage field support from the multi-discipline technical services team with intermediate and senior project and disciplines engineers

  • Develop and implement field management of change tools such as RFI / Point

  • Develop and implement a smart completions program that includes tracking RFIs and managing MOCs plus quality records.

  • Development and implement a ground disturbance program

  • Assist contractors in expediting materials, clarifying engineering drawings and eliminating construction / engineering roadblocks.

  • Vendor coordination, preservation, construction permitting, site 3D model control,

site master control set of P&IDs

  • Support Operations with Safety In Transition (SIT)

  • Support Operations Engineering Team with Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR)
