Position Summary:

Responsible for the overall operations of Outpatient Services.  Will participate in the implementation of the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.  In conjunction with and under the direct supervision of the Executive Director will give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy and mission.

Primary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Administration:

• Responsible for application and implementation of the established policies and procedures in the operation of the facility ensuring conformance with and adherence to all corporate compliance requirements.
• Responsible for assisting in developing a comprehensive Outpatient program and program delivery including but not limited to treatment of Drug and Alcohol, Trauma, and Co-occurring illnesses.
• Develops procedures and creates a working environment that promotes mutual respect, effective communication and adequate information flow.
• Evaluates the efficiency, productivity, and results of overall operations of outpatient program on a routine basis and systematically reports to the Executive Director.
• Directs Performance Improvement activities within the facility, providing reports as requested to the Execute Director, identifying important aspects of care, supervising collection and organization of data and developing performance improvement plans as necessary.

Budget:

• Achieves satisfactory budget oversight and monitoring of all assigned departments to ensure that budgetary guidelines are maintained.

Projects:

• Complete any special projects assigned by the Executive Director in a timely manner.

Licensing/Compliance/Regulations:

• Work with Licensing entities to secure appropriate facility license. 
• Monitor risk and compliance with applicable State and Joint Commission regulations as well as applicable company policy.

Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Master's Degree in a behavioral science or related field
• Arizona Clinical License in good standing or ability to obtain within 90 days post-employment.  Arizona Psychology License accepted in lieu of Arizona Clinical License.
• Certification by the State to provide clinical supervision preferred.
• Five years' experience in management/administration in an Outpatient setting preferred.  Experience in the Drug and Alcohol treatment field required
