We are looking for
Insurance Brokers
who are motivated to build a long-term book of business and take ownership of their growth within an independent brokerage environment.

Role Description

This is an
independent, commission-based role
for an Insurance Broker. In this role, you will work directly with clients understanding their needs, reviewing coverage, and placing insurance with appropriate carriers. You will manage new business and renewals, provide clear and professional advice, and build long-term client relationships. You will also work closely with underwriters and insurance partners to secure competitive and suitable coverage.

This is a client-facing role suited to someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing and growing their own book of business.

Who we are looking for:

  • RIBO license or OLT license (Ontario) Must
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the insurance industry or a related field is an asset
  • High ethical standards, discipline, and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • A consistent production approach with a long-term growth focus
