Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups, ensuring high-quality patient care and fostering long-term health relationships. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced electronic health record systems and a variety of clinical settings, including hospital and home care environments.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to diagnose acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication administration and pain management strategies
  • Manage patient care across diverse settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and home care visits
  • Perform procedures related to pediatrics, adult medicine, and urgent care needs
  • Collect and analyze patient data to monitor health trends and treatment effectiveness
  • Document clinical encounters accurately using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize health outcomes
  • Provide patient education on disease prevention, medication use, and lifestyle modifications
  • Participate in research initiatives or quality improvement projects to enhance clinical practices

Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid licensure in the state of practice
  • Proven experience in family medicine, including hospital experience and acute care settings
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient care protocols
  • Experience with electronic health records systems such as Epic and Cerner is preferred
  • Background in pediatrics, pain management, home care, or research is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team in fast-paced environments
  • Prior experience in medical office settings, data collection, and documentation is advantageous
