Reporting to the VP, Occupational Therapy Services, the National Manager, Occupational Therapy Operations, will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, rebuilding workforce capacity, and supporting the sustainable growth of OT services across the organization. Working closely with key divisions within Lifemark, the National Manager will focus on enhancing operational efficiencies and strengthening workforce sustainability to ensure consistent service delivery across all business lines and contracts.

Key priorities include re-engaging referral sources and strengthening strategic partnerships, particularly those linked to key contracts. With a strong focus on capacity building and service expansion, this role will play a critical part in stabilizing operations and driving the overall success of the business

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Business Operations

  • Oversee and coordinate daily OT operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across the network.
  • Monitor referral volumes, pathways, and performance metrics to detect gaps, improve efficiency, and inform resourcing decisions.
  • Implement operational efficiencies to optimize service delivery across business lines and contracts.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data monitoring, performance evaluation, and outcome reporting.

Workforce Capacity & Sustainability

  • Lead strategies to rebuild OT workforce capacity in alignment with growing service demands.
  • In collaboration with OT leads, help implement recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives to strengthen workforce sustainability.

Service Expansion & Partnerships

  • Help drive initiatives to expand OT services across the network, aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Re-engage referral sources and rebuild relationships with key partners and contracts.
  • Support contract performance through proactive stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal divisions to strengthen cross-functional alignment and enhance contract success.

Revenue Recovery & Growth

  • Restore and expand service volumes to achieve revenue stabilization and sustained growth
  • Identify opportunities to expand service reach and optimize capacity utilization.
  • Ensure operational and financial performance is aligned with strategic objectives.

What we're looking for:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in rehabilitation. (Experience in OT Services is a strong asset.
  • Strong knowledge of referral management and stakeholder engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and performance metrics to drive decision-making
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities
