Now Hiring: Building Custodian / Gardien d'immeuble

Location / Lieu : Montreal, Quebec

We are currently looking to hire a Building Custodian for a residential apartment building. You will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including general maintenance, repairs, and building-related projects.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, autonomous, and detail oriented. The ideal candidate has experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform minor repairs in apartments (plumbing and electrical)
  • Experience in drywall repairs, painting, floor and tile repairs, etc.
  • Respond to apartment service calls
  • Conduct building machinery inspections
  • Inspect control panels and electrical wiring for issues
  • Be available for urgent calls during evenings and weekends

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a maintenance worker or in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
  • Strong team player

Lieu : Montreal, Quebec

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un Gardien d'immeuble pour un immeuble résidentiel. Vous serez responsable de nombreuses tâches, notamment l'entretien général, les réparations et les projets liés à l'immeuble.

Nous cherchons une personne fiable, ponctuelle, autonome et minutieuse. Le candidat idéal possède une bonne expérience en CVC, plomberie et électricité.

Fonctions et responsabilités :

  • Effectuer des réparations mineures dans les appartements (plomberie, électricité)
  • Réparations de cloisons sèches, peinture, planchers et carreaux
  • Répondre aux appels de service des locataires
  • Effectuer des inspections de la machinerie du bâtiment
  • Vérifier les panneaux de commande et le câblage électrique
  • Être disponible pour des appels urgents le soir et les fins de semaine

Exigences et qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Connaissances de base en CVC, plomberie et électricité
  • Expérience avec les outils manuels et électriques
  • Bonne organisation et capacité à prioriser les tâches
  • Personne fiable, autonome et ponctuelle
  • Esprit d'initiative et souci du détail
  • Esprit d'équipe
