Mill Manor Care Center provides quality nursing and rehabilitation care services to seniors and disabled persons in the North Central, Ohio community. Located in beautiful Vermilion, Ohio, Mill Manor is a 33 bed privately owned and operated Medicare / Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility. In addition to our 5-star rating, Mill Manor is proud to say we have no agency staff, and a leadership team with decades of experience on location. 

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. An Administrator who is responsible for the overall management, leadership, compliance and success of the facility.

The success of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will involve the development of employee, community, and resident relationships, while providing services that exceed both state and federal guidelines. The overall success of the role will include a significant mastery of overall facility operations, regulatory compliance, marketing, clinical and fiscal outcomes.
