The Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst Intern will support the continued optimization of our newly implemented Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool, KantataSX. Working closely with the operations team, the intern will explore, research, and test additional capabilities within the system to determine readiness for production. In addition, the intern will contribute to the PMO's efforts to expand and standardize the use of AI in project delivery.

• Please note:
  This role will be full-time hours (37.5 hours per week), for a duration of 4 months (May 4 to August 21, 2026) with a rate of $22.00/hour.

• Work with the PMO Director and the operations team to align on high value functionally we would like to test and implement to support key business objectives
• Research and test KantataSX functionalities in a Sandbox environment to assess usability, effectiveness, and deployment readiness for Compugen
• Support optimization of core PMO workflows by identifying areas within KantataSX that can enhance project delivery operations
• Assist in developing standardized AI use cases for the PMO, including documenting current Microsoft Copilot practices and exploring additional AI tools
• Collaborate with the operations team to evaluate and pilot new capabilities before they are introduced into production
• Contribute to PMO documentation by capturing test results, recommended enhancements, and process updates
• Participate in PMO activities to understand and support project/program management processes

• Knowledge of AI tools and an understanding of how AI can streamline project delivery in a business environment
• Foundational understanding of project management concepts and the role of a Project or Program Management Office
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess new features and provide structured feedback
• Comfort working in technical systems such as PSA tools, enterprise applications, or structured Sandbox/test environments
• Strong written communication skills, especially in documenting processes, test results, and use cases
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt within a dynamic environment
• You must currently be a post-secondary student
• You must be comfortable working in a hybrid work model with a combination of remote plus onsite work
