About Newmont

At Newmont, we're not just a world-leading gold and metals producer – we're a team united by our commitment to shaping a more inclusive, sustainable, and responsible mining industry. Joining us means becoming part of a global, diverse workforce where everyone is valued, empowered, and encouraged to grow. Our people are the heart of our success, bringing exceptional skill, integrity, and dedication to everything we do as an organization, and we're dedicated to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.

Our Brucejack and Red Chris Mines, located in the stunning northwest region of British Columbia, offer unique opportunities to be part of Newmont's high-performing operations. We work closely with local First Nations communities—including the Nisga'a, Tahltan, Gitanyow, and Gitxsan—to build respectful partnerships and celebrate our shared community.

At both sites, we put your health, comfort, and safety first. You'll enjoy balanced meals from our culinary teams, and have access to 24-hour snack bars. We also offer a range of ways to stay active and unwind, including gyms, fitness classes and seasonal outdoor activities. Our Recreation Committees, run by volunteers, organize events, holiday celebrations, charity raffles, and activities that help make camp life enjoyable and create a welcoming community.
