Responsibilities:

The Passenger Movement Advisor works in System Operations Control and serves as a dedicated advocate for Air Canada customers during day‑of‑operations decision‑making. This role ensures a seamless and consistent travel experience aligned with the Air Canada brand and schedule. Advisors are accountable for proactively identifying potential customer impacts, implementing measures to minimize disruptions, and supporting operational recovery initiatives. They provide planning guidance, strategic support, and direction to safeguard customer journeys and uphold Air Canada's commitment to service excellence through disruption.

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary Education in a related field an asset
  • Requirement to work different shift patterns, including weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum two years Customer Service experience preferably with an airline.
  • Knowledge in Altea CM, Inventory, Netline, Microsoft Suite, and S4A applications is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Fundamental understanding of Airline operations at a network carrier an asset.
  • Sound understanding of passenger accommodation, and protection.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités :

Le conseiller – Mouvements des passagers travaille au sein du Contrôle de l'exploitation réseau et agit à titre de défenseur dévoué des clients d'Air Canada lors de la prise de décisions opérationnelles quotidiennes. La personne qui occupe ce poste s'assure que l'expérience de voyage est fluide et cohérente, et qu'elle est en accord avec la marque et les horaires d'Air Canada. Le conseiller est chargé d'identifier proactivement les incidences potentielles sur les clients, de mettre en œuvre des mesures visant à minimiser les perturbations et de soutenir les initiatives de reprise des opérations. Il fournit des conseils de planification, un soutien stratégique et des orientations afin de protéger le parcours des clients et de maintenir l'engagement d'Air Canada à assurer l'excellence du service malgré les perturbations.

Qualifications :

  • Études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe un atout
  • Disponibilité à travailler selon un horaire variable, notamment la fin de semaine et les jours fériés
  • Au moins deux ans d'expérience en service clientèle, de préférence dans une société aérienne
  • Connaissance des applications CM d'Altéa, Inventory, NetLine, Microsoft, Communicator, un atout
  • Excellente habileté pour la communication orale et écrite
  • Compréhension de base de l'exploitation d'une société aérienne au sein d'un transporteur exploitant un réseau, un atout
  • Solide compréhension de l'acheminement et de la protection des passagers
  • Faire preuve de ponctualité et de fiabilité pour soutenir le succès global de l'équipe dans un milieu trépidant.
