Facilities Services Coordinator – Contract Role

Location: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Location: Based off of candidate location, can work out of the Hamilton office or Scarborough office.

Our global client is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Facilities Services Coordinator to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where teamwork and precision are key. What You'll Do


• Handle inbound service requests via phone, email, and web portal for a large key account.


• Create and dispatch work orders to internal technicians and external service providers for a key account.


• Prioritize service requests accurately to ensure timely resolution.


• Communicate effectively with technicians, managers, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.


• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.


• Contribute to a collaborative, team-first culture.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring


• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills with high accuracy.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Proven ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.


• Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.


• Ability to stay focused and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.


• Solid organizational skills and time management.


• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).


• Bilingualism is a plus. (French and English)
