With upcoming roles in Q1 and Q2 of 2026 with both new and existing clients across Canada, we are looking for Senior Procurement Managers to join us in Toronto, Montreal and Quebec to work across high-speed rail, mass transit, master planning and urban redevelopment projects.
Be part of a team shaping the future of major project and programmes across transformative initiatives, including major national high-speed rail, mass transit, urban regeneration and development and infrastructure programmes across Canada.

You'll Be Responsible For
- We are seeking experienced design professionals with the following attributes:
- A strong track record in supporting, operating and/or leading procurement across complex programmes and projects within multi-stakeholder and team environments.
- Knowledge of public and private sector procurement environments including governance frameworks.
- Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies and standard operating procedures.
- Strong market engagement, supply chain due diligence and contract management lifecycle.
- Ability to support, collaborate and interface across multi functions and discipline teams.
- Experience managing procurement for large complex service and works packages.
- A proactive approach focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Salary range: CAD 125,000 - CAD155,000*
- The above starting salary range may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
