Position Overview Beedie Residential team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales/Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced role, you will support the Sales team by managing day-to-day Presentation Centre operations, assisting with sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative environment while handling multiple priorities, contract management, and CRM database tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet & register guests
  • Ensure that every guests has an outstanding experience during their visit
  • Prospecting & following up with visitors
  • Support sales presentations as necessary
  • Database management – entering contract and prospect details into CRM
  • Contract Management – ensuring all contracts are up to date, accurate, free of error and outstanding
  • Prepare, distribute and adhere to reporting rhythms as set for the sales program
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Presentation Centre including supply orders, couriers, deposit management and contract management
  • Responsible for daily opening operations and closing presentation centre
  • Providing administrative support to Marketing, Development, Sales team, and Sales Administrator as needed
  • Assisting with phone campaigns to prospective purchasers and realtors
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Previous multifamily residential sales or presales experience is an asset
  • Preferably holds a real estate license or is actively working toward one
  • Preferred to have a vehicle and a valid BC Driver's License
  • Experience supporting contract administration including reviewing contracts, disclosure statements, addenda, amendments, and MLS
  • Real estate related education and post secondary education
  • Ability to work all weekends and statutory holidays with scheduled weekdays off
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self motivated with strong problem solving abilities
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office and familiar with CRM systems such as HubSpot and Avesdo
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast paced environment
  • Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities to support the team
  • Additional languages such as Korean, Mandarin, or Cantonese are an asset
$36,000 - $40,000 a year $36,000 - $40,000 base annual salary plus commission, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
