Job Description- Define and validate construction and erection methods for steel structures
- Develop method statements, erection sequences, and lifting strategies
- Assess constructability considering site constraints, logistics, safety, cost, and schedule
- Act as technical interface between engineering, construction, and site teams
- Support resolution of site-related technical issues during construction
- Integrate safety, quality, and regulatory requirements into construction methods
- Identify erection risks and implement mitigation measures
- Engineering degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
- 5–10 years of experience in site methods or construction engineering
- Strong expertise in steel structure erection methodologies
- Experience on industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects (asset)
- Comfortable working in site-based and regulated environments
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Long-term consulting assignment (approx. 360 days)
- On-site presence required in Kincardine, Ontario, Canada
