About the Role

Print Centre Cambridge is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Production Associate to help run day-to-day print production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain digital printing and finishing equipment
  • Prepare print jobs including cutting, binding, laminating, and packaging
  • Review job orders to ensure accuracy, quality, and deadlines are met
  • Troubleshoot basic production issues and report larger concerns
  • Keep the production area clean, organized, and stocked
  • Communicate with team members regarding job status and priorities
  • Follow workplace safety and quality standards at all times

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working on your feet and handling materials
  • Basic computer skills (print software experience is an asset)
  • Previous print, production, or manufacturing experience is an asset but not required
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
