We are looking for a Graphic Designer with print industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prepare print-ready files for a wide variety of printed materials including business cards, brochures, banners, signage, promotional items, and apparel.
  • Communicate with customers to understand project needs, provide design proofs, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Operate digital and offset print equipment, as well as assist with finishing and bindery tasks (cutting, folding, laminating, etc.).
  • Maintain accuracy and quality standards across all design and production work.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage workflow and meet project deadlines.
  • Handle customer service interactions both in-person and over the phone, as well as through email.
  • Support day-to-day shop operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the print or design industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and CorelDRAW.
  • Strong understanding of print production processes, including file setup, color management, and finishing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with large-format printing or promotional product setup.
  • Knowledge of prepress and digital press operation.
  • Basic understanding of apparel decoration processes (screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer).
