Role Description
We're seeking a dynamic Customer Experience associate to join our team in Montreal, QC. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, assisting our valued partners and integrators in acquiring our premium motorized smart shades. Your primary responsibility will be managing accounts and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience through our dedicated Clara Shades Partner Portal. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact, driving customer satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships with our partners.
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer experience
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively communicate with clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in sales, customer service or related field deemed relevant
