Do you have a A/DZ license and a knack for delivering exceptional service? Proline Rentals & Bins is looking for a dependable, safety-conscious Equipment Delivery Person (A/DZ Driver) to join our crew. You'll play a key role in delivering and picking up rental equipment and disposal bins at local homes, cottages, and job sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Equipment Delivery Person (A/DZ Driver) with Proline, you'll be the face of our equipment and bin delivery service. You'll handle everything from safe transport and loading to clear communication with our customers and shop team.

  • Responsible for your vehicle - Perform daily vehicle inspections (circle checks), gas and fluid levels
  • Ensure safe vehicle and equipment operation; conducting inspections during transit, if required
  • Follow relevant legislation, company policies and procedures
  • Load, unload, and properly secure equipment and bins for transit
  • Deliver and pick up equipment and bins on schedule
  • Maintain accurate delivery, pickup, and inspection records
  • Confirm deliveries match customer orders and needs, secure signatures, as required
  • Report new job sites or customer needs to the office staff/manager, identifying new sales opportunities
  • Notify the appropriate office staff/management of any issues, delays, or customer feedback
  • Obtain appropriate forms for any missing or broken equipment, obtaining customer signatures and tagging equipment to be repaired, as required
  • Ensure broken equipment is returned to the correct holding location until it is repaired, notifying the mechanics of issues upon return and reporting to appropriate office staff
  • Alert mechanics to any equipment issues upon return
  • Provide basic equipment operation instructions to customers, as required
  • Assist with back shop tasks or repairs when needed

  • Valid DZ license with a clean driving abstract
  • Solid knowledge of roads throughout Muskoka
  • Experience hauling heavy or oversized loads/equipment is a strong asset
  • Familiarity with construction and landscaping equipment
  • Strong customer service mindset – reliable, professional, courteous, and solution-focused
  • Willingness to work overtime, as required
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills with attention to detail
