Role Description

This is a remote, contract role for a PhD Deep Tech Researcher. The PhD Researcher will conduct advanced research focused on novel machine learning models. Responsibilities include reviewing the latest academic and industry research, proposing innovative applications of AI, implementing research papers to deployable code, and contributing to product development strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in knowledge-sharing initiatives will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their applications
  • Strong research skills, including the ability to analyze, synthesize, and present complex information
  • Experience deploying solutions built from academic or technical research papers
  • Fluent in Python, Pytorch, tensors and transformers
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in articulating technical and theoretical concepts
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while adhering to project deadlines
