Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities. This position requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable for both staff and customers.

Duties

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for various cleaning tasks.
  • Handle heavy lifting when moving furniture or equipment during the cleaning process.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients promptly and professionally.
  • Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness.

Experience

  • Previous custodial experience or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday.
