Job Title: Paint Line Operator

As a Paint Line Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products are finished to the highest standards. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining painting equipment, applying coatings with precision, and contributing to a dynamic team environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us deliver exceptional results every day

What you'll do

  • Operate and maintain airless paint spraying equipment to apply coatings efficiently.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
  • Monitor the paint application process to ensure consistency and quality of finish.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools for various tasks related to painting and assembly.
  • Conduct routine inspections of painted items to identify defects or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maintain lean manufacturing practices.
  • Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the painting process.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and paint usage.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial or construction painting.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application.
  • Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating coverage areas.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with forklift operation and crane usage in a warehouse setting.
  • Background in machining, fabrication, or auto body repair is a plus.
  • Knowledge of welding techniques can enhance your versatility in the role.
  • Previous experience in lean manufacturing environments is advantageous.
