We do approximately 90% residential work, from service calls and troubleshooting to panel upgrades and larger residential projects.

You don't need to be loud or salesy — but you do need to be comfortable talking with customers, explaining options, and building trust.
What You'll Be Doing
- Residential electrical service, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades
- Working directly in customers' homes as the face of A to Z Electrical
- Diagnosing issues and clearly explaining options
- Managing your own jobs once trained — start to finish
- Using company systems (CRM, mobile apps) to document work properly
- Occasionally supporting or guiding an apprentice
- Leaving job sites clean and customers confident in the work completed
What We're Looking For
- Certified Journeyman Electrician (minimum 1 years post-ticket experience)
- Comfortable working independently without hand-holding
- Professional, calm, and respectful with customers
- Valid Saskatchewan Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
- Comfortable with technology (apps, CRM, job documentation)
- Able to pass a Criminal Record Check
- Must currently live within 25 km of Saskatoon
- Residential electrical experience is an asset
What We Offer
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage plus commission and performance-based bonuses. Strong journeymen typically earn $104,000 PLUS per year. Additional benefits include:
