We are seeking a Full-time or Part-time pharmacist to join us at Peninsula IDA Pharmacy, where we combine enthusiasm and teamwork to foster a warm, relaxed, and professional work environment.

At Peninsula IDA, we prioritize work-life balance. The pharmacy is closed to the public by 5:30pm on weekdays and 2:00pm on Saturdays. You may choose from a 4-day or 5-day work week and enjoy 5 weeks of vacation annually. Also, never again work on a Sunday or holiday.

The successful candidate requires the following qualities:

  • Possesses high motivation and a robust work ethic
  • Demonstrates a caring and friendly demeanor
  • Exhibits strong skills in customer service, leadership, and communication
  • Capable of working proactively as part of a dynamic team

Duties of the pharmacist include but are not limited to the following:

  • Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions
  • Administer vaccinations and other injections
  • Provide clinical services as appropriate (Med Reviews, Adaptations, MACS)
  • Collaborate with prescribers to optimize therapy
  • Provide counselling and OTC recommendations
  • Train and support pharmacy assistants and technicians
  • Support accurate management of inventory
  • Ensure compliance to professional standards and applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Full Pharmacist license and in good standing with College of Pharmacists of BC
  • Injection certified
