Drone Production Technician

Role Outline:

Production work assembling drones This can include any of the following tasks:

  • Prepping parts
  • Producing sub-assemblies
  • Final assembly
  • Quality assurance
  • System testing

Tasks will be assigned to techs based on aptitudes and skills they possess. Techs with skills and experience related to small drones may also be invited to contribute to testing and design processes. Based on tech upskilling and the evolving needs of the company, duties will develop on an ongoing basis.

Must have:

  • High school diploma or CAEC
  • Demonstrable skills and experience working with basic hand tools
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Strong focus and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn fast and follow process consistently

Nice to have:

  • Post-secondary education in a trade or technical field
  • Soldering experience
  • Experience in a production environment
  • Experience building FPV drones
  • Experience flying FPV drones

You'll join a small team that's designing and building FPV drones. It's fun work and we're all passionate about it. We take the work seriously, not ourselves. The atmosphere is generally light and fun. Business is good, and the team is growing fast, so talented members will advance quickly.
