Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role involves serving food, preparing meals, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
  • Assist in food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and safety standards.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and food service stations at all times.
  • Handle food safely and adhere to health regulations regarding food storage and preparation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Operate cash registers or point-of-sale systems as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies when necessary.

Experience

  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in roles related to food service or customer interaction.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Experience as a barista or in hospitality settings is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
