About The Opportunity

1.    Provide preventive/predictive maintenance services.
2.    Program and troubleshoot automation/PLCs/robotics.
3.    Troubleshoot and repair various plant equipment and auxiliary equipment (i.e. moulding machines, automated fixtures, etc.)
4.    Modify electrical circuits as required for custom moulding machinery.
5.    Repair electronic cards.
6.    Read blueprints. 
7.    Understand hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics.
8.    Calibrate measuring and testing equipment.
9.    Document all maintenance schedules.
10.    Make improvement recommendations and follow up accordingly.
11.    Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation 
12.    Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
