Calgary, Alberta, Canada F45 Training Full time $22,000 - $27,000 per year

We are looking for an energetic, motivating, knowledgeable and outgoing personal trainer to join our F45 Kingsland team in a part-time capacity. F45 Coaches play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member to provide the ultimate F45 experience.

The ideal candidate has a passion for health & fitness and has mastered the skills of exercise, motivation, multi-tasking, and brings a contagious energy. Looking for a coach that wants to be part of a community and believes in the F45 Model. Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high quality F45 Training experience during classes
  • Collaborate with Studio Manager and team on daily, weekly and monthly goals
  • Ensure that all members are getting one on one coaching during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged
  • Perform and demonstrate all exercises for class with modifications as needed
  • Create and manage a clean, organized, energetic, fun studio

Experience & Skills:

  • Must have a Personal Training Certification
  • Must have First Aid Certification
  • 2+ years of Personal/Group Training Experience
  • Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong passion for the fitness industry + helping clients reach their maximum potential
  • A warm, caring, upbeat energy with a people focused attitude
  • A strong knowledge of body mechanics and modifications
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast pace situation

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
