We are seeking a results-driven 
Vice President, Sales
 to accelerate growth across retail and commercial chann
els. This r

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across retail and commercial channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer groups by aligning their needs with company goals and ensuring timely resolution of concerns to support long-term partnerships
  • Analyze sales trends, market data, and performance metrics to uncover growth opportunities
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing network of sales representatives and distributors
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to execute go-to-market strategies, promotions, and product availability
  • Assume additional responsibilities, as required, to support strategic growth and evolving business priorities

Qualifications

  • Proven success in a senior sales leadership, preferably in consumer goods or retail
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to forecast, budget, and manage profitability across product lines and regions
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform strategy and drive growth
  • Exceptional communicator skilled at building relationships and influencing key stakeholders
  • Experience managing reps, distributors, and cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
