Job Title:
Senior Financial Analyst – AP Operations (Consultant Role)
Contract – potential to extend based on performance
Remote (Must be located in British Columbia)
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of AP operations experience
- Hands-on experience with invoice processing, matching, and vendor reconciliation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Basware and Meditech or similar systems
- Ability to work in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
Preferred:
- Experience in BC Healthcare or public-sector financial operations
- Familiarity with AP sustainment and optimization strategies
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst consultant to support AP operations following the implementation of Basware. Consultants will provide urgent invoice processing, issue resolution, and vendor support to stabilize operations and free up internal analysts for documentation and optimization efforts. This role is remote, requires PST hours.
