Job Summary

Cedar Creek Massage & Wellness is seeking dedicated and professional Registered Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Acupuncturists to join our growing wellness team in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, client-centered treatments in a professional and relaxing environment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with care, respect, and professionalism
• Uphold Cedar Creek's values of wellness, integrity, and exceptional service
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared before each appointment
• Promote spa services, wellness programs, and Eminence Organics products
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative team culture
• Adhere to professional standards, ethics, and Alberta health regulations
• Participate in team meetings, promotions, and special events as needed
• (For RMTs/Acupuncturists) Develop personalized treatment plans to support client wellness goals
• (For Estheticians) Provide facials, waxing, and body treatments to spa standards

Experience

• Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs):
• Minimum 2200-hour massage therapy diploma
• Active registration and good standing with an Alberta massage association
• Professional liability insurance required
• Previous spa or clinical experience preferred
• Existing or growing client base considered a strong asset
• Estheticians:
• Diploma or certification in Esthetics
• Experience providing facials, waxing, and body treatments
• Familiarity with Eminence Organics or similar professional skincare lines an asset
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and client care
• Existing clientele preferred
• Acupuncturists:
• Registered and licensed to practice in Alberta
• Background in Traditional Chinese Medicine or related field
• Experience in holistic or wellness-focused environments preferred
• Excellent communication and charting skills
• Existing clientele or referral base an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$78.22 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
