Paris, Ontario, Canada MINT Construction Projects Full time

What to expect:

  • $25 - $30/hour (depending on references and experience)

  • Work sites in Paris, ON (some in surrounding area)

The start date for this position is November 20th, 2025 or EARLIER

To apply, you should:

  • Be a strong team player
  • Be available to work on-call shifts (days/nights/weekends/holidays)
  • Have endurance and stamina to be outdoors and regularly exposed to varying weather conditions
  • Have ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days
  • Have access to a mobile phone, access to transportation to and from job site
  • At least 2 seasons of experience operating heavy equipment

Valid driver's license is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per year

  • Paris, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
