This role exists to turn our agency beliefs, work, and glimpses behind the scenes into living, breathing media channels. You will be embedded with leadership to document, shape, and distribute real moments, real thinking, and real stories, in a way that feels native to social platforms. You have the unique opportunity to sit at the center of leadership, culture, and storytelling, and turn everyday moments into content people actually care about.

This role is a
6-month fixed-term
opportunity designed to build momentum quickly. There is an opportunity for extension based on performance, impact, and mutual fit.

Compensation for this role is $80,000–$90,000 annualized, prorated for the 6-month term.


On a day-to-day basis, the Content Creator will be responsible for:

Executive Content & Storytelling

  • Capture the day-to-day reality of leadership, meetings, travel, conversations, decisions, behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Turn raw moments into compelling short-form, episodic, and docu-style content.
  • Help shape executive voice, tone, and narrative over time.
  • Build recurring content series that audiences actually recognize and follow.
  • Build a growing content library that fuels weeks and months of output.

Social-First Ideation

  • Constantly generate social-native content ideas across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Understand trends, formats, hooks, pacing, and platform nuance.
  • Know when to jump on something fast and when to play the long game with a series.
  • Bring ideas proactively, not reactively.

Production & Editing

  • Shoot and edit content end-to-end, quickly and consistently.
  • Work comfortably with mobile setups and professional camera gear.
  • Deliver multiple cutdowns, hooks, captions, subtitles, and formats from the same raw footage.
  • Balance speed with taste

Posting on Social Channels

  • Post content across Academy's social channels.
  • Write clear, social-native captions that fit each platform.
  • Track basic performance signals and adjust accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years years of production and storytelling experience, trusted by colleagues, partners and clients as having the training and experience to execute their role with excellence
  • A high EQ.
  • Strong shooting and editing skills (for example, Premiere, CapCut).
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn video.
  • A strong eye for moments, pacing, and story.
  • Comfort working closely with senior leaders in fast-moving environments.
