Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Associate (Mandarin Required) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials across our supply chain network. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, hands-on experience in logistics operations—including shipping, receiving, freight coordination, and warehouse management—and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.

Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of Canadian freight or logistics experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and freight carriers to arrange transportation and material procurement.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor inventory, track shipments, and fulfill orders.
  • Perform accurate and efficient order picking and packaging tasks to meet customer expectations.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify trends, streamline operations, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Support the implementation of best practices in logistics and inventory management.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management preferred.
  • Familiarity with freight operations, customs, and shipping documentation is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with AS400 is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
