Contract until May 31, 2026 approximately 12 hours per month

$15.35 – $34/hour based on experience and accreditation

Position Summary
This role delivers Experience Biathlon programming for youth ages 8–15 using digital rifles. The facilitator organizes seasonal sessions, two fun race events, and represents QVN at Regina-area events to promote the sport.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver 5-week youth programs (one this winter with the possibility of additional programs in the summer and fall).
- Organize and host fun races in collaboration with local sport groups.
- Promote QVN and biathlon at community and sporting events.
- Ensure safe transport, setup, and use of digital rifle equipment.
- Maintain an inclusive and supportive environment for all participants.
Qualifications
- Experience working with youth in sport or recreation.
- NCCP Community Coach (Biathlon) certification or willingness to obtain.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and transportation access.
Safe Sport Requirements
- Must be eligible and complete the requirements for Level 1 Screening as per Biathlon Saskatchewan's Safe Sport Practice.
- All requirements must be completed before starting any contract work and are not considered as work under the contract (non-billable).
