Position Overview: Part-Time Biology and Chemistry Teacher
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Biology and Chemistry Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about education and committed to student success. You will teach high school students (Grades 9–12) in a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons in Biology and Chemistry for Grades 9–12
- Create personalized, student-focused learning plans that encourage academic growth
- Provide both academic and emotional support to build student confidence
- Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with parents and center staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certification is an asset (not required)
