  • Develop and execute commissioning and testing plans both in-house and onsite.
  • Contribute to repeatable design workflows and support innovation, pilot projects, and new product development.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and strong internal relationships.
  • Provide hands-on support during commissioning and troubleshooting.
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites for start-up and commissioning.
  • Grow into a subject matter expert while sharpening your technical and project leadership skills.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Registered (or eligible to register) as a Professional Engineer with EGBC.
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in an industrial or plant-based environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver engineering projects in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of Canadian or US Electrical Codes.
  • Project management experience is an asset.
  • Experience with electrical schematic design tools (e.g., EPLAN, AutoCAD) and/or medium voltage applications is a plus.

Why join Saltworks?
