The NPCT will be delivered through an Alliance model – the first healthcare alliance in Ontario - in which NYG works as a single integrated team with its design, construction, and technical partners. This collaborative approach requires strong leadership to ensure the hospital's priorities are consistently reflected while advancing solutions that support best-for-project outcomes.
