What You'll Do

As our Jewelry Workshop & Retail Associate, you'll be the face of Meirako—welcoming customers, guiding them through our signature jewelry workshops, and supporting the team behind the scenes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead Jewelry Workshops (Ring making, charm creation, hand stamping, etc.)

  • Customer service email

  • Help with order fulfillment & packaging
  • Support production & basic jewelry assembly tasks
  • Provide friendly, helpful customer service in-store
  • Assist with marketing & social media content creation
  • Maintain a clean, inspiring, and organized store environment

  • Strong communication skills and a love for teaching hands-on activities
  • Someone who is open to feedback and eager to learn and grow
  • Organized
  • Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings
  • Comfortable with manual work, using small tools, and being on your feet
