Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Rendering Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for graphics programming and a deep understanding of rendering techniques across platforms. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing rendering systems for our gaming products, ensuring high-quality visuals and performance on a variety of devices including consoles, PCs, and mobile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced rendering techniques for games on various platforms.
  • Optimize rendering performance and memory usage to achieve high frame rates and visual fidelity.
  • Collaborate with artists and designers to ensure visual requirements are met within technical constraints.
  • Develop tools and APIs to streamline graphics workflows within the team.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in graphics rendering and gaming.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues across different platforms.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in rendering.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphics programming with a focus on rendering.
  • Proficiency in C++ and C# programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of rendering APIs such as DirectX, OpenGL, Vulkan, and their application in game development.
  • Experience with game engines such as Unity3D or Unreal Engine.
  • Knowledge of mobile and console development environments for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Familiarity with shader programming in HLSL or GLSL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
