Summary

Austin's Appliance & Sleep Centre is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team in Goderich. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their appliances promptly and professionally, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport appliances to customers' locations.
  • Load and unload appliances with care, ensuring safety and product integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to coordinate deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs.
  • Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during deliveries.
  • Assist with warehouse activities as needed.
  • Support the team in providing excellent customer service throughout the delivery process.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in commercial driving or delivery roles.
  • Ability to lift heavy appliances safely.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
